Laura Healy

Laura Healy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and success roles, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Operations at Marigold since May 2016. In this role, Laura leads the Customer Success Team, focusing on maximizing productivity and efficiency across the organization. Prior positions at Marigold include Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Customer Success Operations, as well as roles as Digital Marketing Strategist and Client Success Manager for the Vuture product. Before joining Marigold, Laura held various positions in account management and project management at Holy Cow Online Marketing, where rapid advancement occurred from Junior Website Developer. Laura's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where significant research was conducted under the Geology Department. Additionally, Laura gained early research experience as a Larval Atlantic Herring Research Intern at NOAA.
