Oli Garlick

Oli Garlick is a global IT leader with over 15 years of experience in IT operations and engineering across various regions, including the UK, Europe, APAC, and the Americas. Currently, as the Global IT Engineering Manager at Marigold, they lead a distributed team responsible for critical IT infrastructure while focusing on building trust-led teams and enhancing automation and compliance. Previously, Oli held multiple roles at Renaissance Learning, including IT Manager, where they managed IT functions and delivered key projects. They hold a degree from the University of Birmingham.
