Leena Salomaa

Leena Salomaa is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in corporate communications and media relations. Currently serving as the Media Relations Manager at Marimekko since May 2024, Leena previously held the position of Communications Manager at Infinited Fiber Company, where contributions were focused on promoting textile circularity and innovative recycling technologies. Leena also served as Communications Manager at Oriola Corporation, overseeing comprehensive corporate communications strategies, and at Capgemini, leading internal and external communications efforts. Earlier roles include marketing and communications positions at MW Biopower Oy and Lenovo Finland, highlighting expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability communications. Leena holds a Master's degree in Corporate Environmental Management from the University of Jyväskylä and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
