Tonny Johnson

Tonny Johnson has worked in the scientific industry for over 20 years. Tonny began their career in 1999 as a Senior R&D Scientist at Promega Corporation, where they launched multiple research products for protein purification and proteomics/mass spectrometry applications. Tonny then moved to Sciclips LLC in 2011 as the Chief Scientific Officer, followed by Pointcare Genomics Corp. in 2013 as the Chief Scientist. Currently, Tonny is the Director of Research at Marin Biologic Laboratories.

Tonny Johnson has completed post-doctoral studies at the University of Minnesota- St.Paul in the Dept. of Biochemistry and at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the Dept. Biochemistry & Molecular Genetics. Tonny has also obtained a Ph.D from the University of Calcutta in Molecular biology & Protein biochemistry (Bose Institute). Tonny has also attended the University of Kerala.
