Hang Phung currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement at Marin City Health and Wellness Center, overseeing adherence to laws and regulations while enhancing patient care quality through data-driven and evidence-based practices. Previously, Hang held the position of Compliance Manager at Bay Area Community Health, where responsibilities included the development of a Compliance Program and Risk Management Plan to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to that, Hang practiced as an attorney in various law firms for nearly two decades, providing legal advice and representation across diverse areas. Hang holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Consulting International from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.

Marin City Health and Wellness Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, state licensed, community health clinic. Founded in 2006 by a group of local physicians and community activists to provide accessible care for low-income residents of Marin City, we now operate three clinics: Marin City Health and Wellness Center, the Dr. Arthur H. Coleman Bayview Hunters Point Medical Center in San Francisco, and the MCHWC San Rafael Women’s Health Center. With onsite care and telehealth, our services include: - Primary care for adults (including seniors and children - Dental care - Behavioral and mental Healthcare - MAT (Recovery) - Women’s health - Chiropractic care - Case management
