Joy Massey

Joy Massey is a Senior Customer Programs Manager at MCE, responsible for managing the implementation of clean mobility projects in low-income communities. Prior to this role, Joy worked at TransForm as the Director of Clean Mobility & Strategy. With a background in public health, Joy has experience in research, project management, and community-based interventions. Joy's diverse experience includes positions at Coro Northern California, North Carolina State University, and MISSSEY, Inc. Joy holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
