Hursey Baker

PE Instructor/ Martial Arts at Marin Community Foundation

Hursey Baker is an experienced instructor and practitioner with a diverse background in bodywork and movement. Currently teaching at the College of Marin, Hursey Baker instructs Karate and Tai Chi for the Marin Community Foundation and offers workshops in Rosen Method, providing clients with a pathway to release muscle tension and rediscover their true selves. With a professional history that includes a supervisory role at EBMUD from 1984 to 2013 and extensive training in Rosen Method Bodywork, Hursey Baker holds a BA in History from San Francisco State University and a certificate in Bodywork and Movement.
