Cheryl Blatt is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and support roles. Currently serving as a full-time substitute teacher at Marin Country Day School since October 2020, Cheryl has facilitated classroom instruction across Kindergarten to 4th grade, assisted in library duties, and supervised recesses. Previously, Cheryl was a 2nd grade teacher at Quality Schools International, where responsibilities included implementing a mastery-based curriculum and participating in child protection initiatives, as well as contributing to the school's accreditation efforts. Cheryl also has experience as a substitute teacher in multiple Marin County school districts and as a resource/ESL teacher at the American Cooperative School in La Paz, Bolivia, where support was provided to students with diverse learning needs. Cheryl holds Master's degrees in Special Education and Elementary Education, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of the Pacific.
