Yana Dugan

Yana Dugan is an experienced orientation and mobility specialist and teacher of students with visual impairments, currently working at Marin County Office of Education. Prior to this, Yana held similar roles at San Francisco State University, Earle Baum Center of the Blind, and Novosibirsk State University. Yana holds a Master's degree in Orientation and Mobility Specialist as well as an Education Specialist Teaching Credential in Teaching students with visual impairments.
