Ursula Hanks has extensive experience in emergency management, currently serving as the Emergency Coordinator for the Marin County Sheriff's Office and the Marin County Sheriff's Office of Emergency Services since December 2002. In this role, Ursula Hanks focuses on emergency and disaster planning, exercise conduct, and emergency notification management, while also acting as the primary liaison for Health and Human Services. Additionally, expertise includes access and functional needs, public education coordination, and training program development. Prior to this position, Ursula Hanks worked as an Emergency Coordinator for the County of Marin from 2002 to 2012.
