Bidalia Albanese has a diverse work experience in the performing arts field. In 2008, they started working at 142 Throckmorton Theatre as a Director, Choreographer, and Teacher. Bidalia later became a Producer and continued to work in various roles for the company. In 2011, Bidalia joined Marin Horizon School as the Head of Drama and also took on the role of Choreographer. Bidalia has been involved in directing and choreographing youth in musical and drama plays as a freelance director and choreographer at Fort Mason, SF Arts Education, and 142 Throckmorton Theatre. In 2015, Bidalia worked as an Actress at ACT Theatre and also contributed to The Cole Porter Society's production of "100 Years of Frank Sinatra." Most recently, they have been working as an Actor at the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival since 2020. Additionally, Bidalia has been involved in directing history plays for 5th-grade students at Tam Valley School.

Bidalia Albanese has a comprehensive education history in theater. In 1994, they attended The Guildford School of Acting for three years, where they obtained a Diploma in Theater. In 2014, they participated in the Apprentice Program at Theatre Yugen, focusing their studies on Noh and Yugen Theatre. Additionally, Bidalia holds a Stages of Learning Drama Certificate from an unspecified institution in New York.
