Marin Horizon School
Kathleen Piscioneri, MSEd, serves as an Art Teacher at Marin Horizon School since August 2018, bringing a wealth of experience in visual arts education. As an artist, Kathleen creates allegorical landscape paintings inspired by memory and imagination. Previous roles include Lower School Art Teacher at Katherine Delmar Burke School and Visual Art Specialist at artsedmatters.org, where support was provided to teachers for art integration. Kathleen has also taught at multiple elementary schools, focusing on K-5 art education and curriculum development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education from Queens College and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the same institution, along with independent study in Fine Arts at Parsons Paris – The New School.
