Jerrad Mills

Jerrad Mills is a legal professional with extensive experience working in various capacities within municipal and educational organizations. Currently serving as Staff Attorney for Marin Municipal Water District since July 2018, Mills has previously held positions such as Associate Attorney at Lozano Smith and Law Clerk at Marin Municipal Water District. Additional experience includes roles as a Field Election Deputy for the City and County of San Francisco and a Legal Intern for Oakland Unified School District. Mills started their legal career as a Law Clerk for the City of Palo Alto, following a teaching career which included positions as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher at Ben Gamla Charter Schools and as part of the Teach For America program. Mills holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
