Carla Arsenault

Carla Arsenault is the current director at Marine Atlantic. Prior to their work there, they were the president and CEO of Cape Breton Partnership from May 2017 to December 2021. Arsenault has also worked as a presales consultant and BPO/CRM solution designer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2008 to July 2016. In this role, they were responsible for developing operational solutions for new and existing public and private Fortune 500 clients in the areas of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Arsenault has also been requested by name from the European and General Motors teams to support their sales opportunities.

Carla Arsenault has an MBA in Executive Management and Management Consulting from Royal Roads University. Carla also has a Graduate Certificate in PR Management from the same school. Carla started their educational career with a Bachelor of Public Relations, co-op option, from Mount Saint Vincent University.
