Paul Speer

Paul Speer is the Chief Operating Officer at Marine Biological Laboratory, overseeing various operational functions to support research and educational objectives. Previously, Paul served as the President at CNA, leading strategic vision and operations at the Department of Navy's R&D center. Paul holds a PhD in Oceanography from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Geology from Williams College.
