Derek Anderson

Derek Anderson is an experienced professional with a strong background in security and safety operations. Currently serving as the Shooting Team Captain for the Marine Corps League since July 2022, Derek is a Certified Range Safety Officer responsible for overseeing shooting activities and certifying scores. Concurrently, Derek has been a Protective Security Officer at Paragon Systems Inc since October 2020, providing armed protection for high-security installations. Previous roles include a Power Equipment Operator at Walmart Distribution Center from October 2015 to October 2020 and serving as an Artillery Scout in the United States Marine Corps from September 2011 to September 2015. Derek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University Southeast, where additional training in Mediation and Conflict Counseling was also completed.
