Jeff Lachman

Jeff Lachman has extensive experience in the financial services and hospitality industries, with a current role as AVP Branch Lending at Marine Credit Union since July 2012. Jeff has held multiple managerial positions within the organization, including AVP Consumer Central Lending, Interim District Manager, and Branch Manager. Prior to joining Marine Credit Union, Jeff worked at Buffets Inc. from December 2005 to July 2012, where responsibilities included managing staff hiring, training, and operational standards during restaurant openings and remodels. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Additionally, Jeff completed a program at the College of Executive Coaching in 2023.
