Rashmi Dhavan

Rashmi Dhavan has worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate and currently serves as a Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Marine Electricals (India) Limited since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Vedsamruddhi management consultant from September 2018 to February 2021.

Rashmi Dhavan completed their Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Mumbai. Rashmi then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDM_HR) from the Welingkar Institute of Management from 2019 to 2021.
