Alisha Holden is an experienced Supervisory Human Resource Specialist with a focus on talent management at Marine Corps Community Services since April 2016. In this role, Alisha creates and implements innovative branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates for headquarters positions, while also supporting field commands. Previously, Alisha served as a Talent Management Specialist and Human Resources Technician, handling recruitment, classification, and personnel management, and managing various HR tasks at Marine Corps Base Quantico. Prior to this, Alisha gained experience in full lifecycle recruiting as a Human Resources intern at ACI-Health. Alisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of Mary Washington and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Germanna Community College.
