Bryant Carthan

Bryant Carthan, M.Ed., serves as the Branch Head for the Training Branch at Marine Corps Community Services, a position held since October 2010, where Bryant designs and implements talent management and learning programs. As the President of Carthan Consulting since 1997, Bryant specializes in learning and development for various sectors, including government and non-profits. Previous roles include being an instructor at Towson University and an OD & Training Specialist at Talecris Biotherapeutics, facilitating leadership programs. Extensive experience includes positions with CAI, The Home Depot, Global Novations/Korn Ferry, IBM Global Services, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC, focusing on diversity, leadership training, and employee development. Bryant holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Management/Organizational Development.
