Liudmila Frank

Liudmila Frank, PHR, currently serves as the HR Benefits & Worker's Compensation Administrator at Marine Corps Community Services since November 2025. Previously, Liudmila held the position of Executive Office Manager for the Defense Health Agency's Medical Support Squadron, where responsibilities included managing operations and supporting a team of 145 professionals. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruitment Specialist at ADHR GROUP, Human Resources Specialist at Adecco, and Chef de rang/Recruiting Assistant at NH Hotel Group. Liudmila holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and an Executive Master in Organization and Development of Human Resources from Università di Trento and GEMA - Business School, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations.
