William Oldenburg

William Oldenburg has extensive experience in leadership and human resource management within military and community settings. Currently serving as the Director of Marine Corps Family Teambuilding at Marine Corps Community Services since September 2020, William previously held positions including Transition Branch Manager at MCCS Lejeune - New River and Regional Coordinator for the Education and Employment Initiative at E2I/OWF. William's military career spans various leadership roles, including Station Sergeant Major and Sergeant Major at multiple Marine Corps units. William possesses a Dual Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Management and Leadership from Webster University, a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Excelsior University.
