Molly Getty

Molly Getty has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Molly currently holds the role of Chief Product Officer at Marine Layer since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Product, Design & Development at Marine Layer from February 2019 to March 2021. Molly also worked as the Head of Merchandising at Marine Layer from December 2016 to February 2019.

Before joining Marine Layer, Molly worked at Restoration Hardware as the Senior Director of Merchandising from April 2015 to December 2016, and as the Director of Bed & Bath from March 2014 to April 2015. Molly also has experience at Gap Inc./Gap Inc. Direct, where they served as the Director/Merchandise Manager from April 2013 to March 2014, and as a Senior Merchant from September 2012 to April 2013.
