Jeff Siems currently serves as a School Board Member for the Blue Springs R-IV School District while simultaneously leading Blue Springs Marine, a family-owned marine dealership recognized among the Top 100 in North America, as Owner and President since March 2003. Siems holds the position of Educational Foundation President for the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, focusing on fundraising and workforce development through scholarships and grants. Additionally, Siems has been President of the Greater Kansas City Marine Dealers Association since January 2006, fostering collaboration among local marine dealers. Previous experience includes project management and course superintendent roles with Landscapes Unlimited, sales management positions with Hector Turf and Modern Distributing Co, as well as leadership on the Adelante Fraternity Alumni Corporation Board of Directors. Jeff Siems earned a BS in Horticulture and Business Administration from Iowa State University.
