Marianna Fleming, EIT/ADCI/ENV SP/WEDG, currently serves as a Project Engineer-Diver at Marine Solutions, Inc. since January 2020, specializing in inspections and evaluations of marine structures, sustainable design practices, and data processing innovations. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Engineer and Engineering Intern at Rising Tide Waterfront Solutions, where contributions included developing an inspection data database and managing social media. Marianna's background also encompasses a Graduate Research Assistant position at Stevens Institute of Technology, and an Engineering Co-Op at Turner Construction Company, where lean construction methods and automation processes were implemented. Additional engineering internships provided exposure to traffic analysis, concrete quality control, and construction management. Education includes a Civil Engineering degree with a Computer Engineering minor from Stevens Institute of Technology and a commercial diving certification from the Minnesota Commercial Diver Training Center.
