Nick Parrott

Nick Parrott is a seasoned professional in the maritime industry with extensive experience in design and survey roles. Currently serving as a Large Yacht Surveyor at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency since January 2018, Nick has developed specialized expertise in yacht inspection. In addition, Nick has been with Marine Specialised Technology Limited since July 2013, holding the position of Design Office Manager, after progressing from Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer roles within the same company. Previous experience includes working as an Assistant Naval Architect at Alnmaritec from 2008 to 2011. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Yacht Manufacturing & Surveying from Solent University.
