Sarah Heffer

Sarah Heffer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR at the Marine Stewardship Council since May 2017, previously holding the position of Senior HR Operations Manager. With a career spanning over 15 years at Atkins from November 2000 to June 2016, Sarah worked as a Global Mobility Manager, overseeing global mobility projects and ensuring compliance with new processes. Additionally, Sarah served as an HR Policy Consultant, developing and implementing compliant employee relations policies, and as an HR Manager. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Employee Relations & Law from Kingston University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kingston University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from the University of York.
