Nicholas Rotker

Nicholas Rotker serves as a Distinguished Cross-Cutting Bluetech Strategist at MITRE, where Nicholas has held various leadership roles since June 2011, including Chief BlueTech Strategist and Department Manager for Underwater and Acoustics Systems. Nicholas is also an Executive Board Member of TMA BlueTech™ and the Marine Technology Society's New England Chapter, where Nicholas chairs the chapter. Prior experiences include co-founding Dictum Meum Pactum, LLC and working as an Acoustic Research Scientist at Scientific Solutions, Inc. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Ocean Engineering with a focus on Underwater Acoustics at the University of Rhode Island. Educational qualifications also include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont and attendance at multiple prestigious institutions for further studies.
