Marcia Shapiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management consulting and public sector projects. Currently serving as President of Marine Tiger Technologies Corporation since April 2010, Marcia leads strategic initiatives for managing transit, roadway, and infrastructure assets, ensuring compliance with MAP-21 and ISO-55001 standards. Prior roles include Deployment Specialist for the NYC Department of Education's SESIS Project and President of the Greater New York Chapter of WTS, where Marcia significantly expanded corporate partnerships and membership. Additional experience includes serving as NY Client Solutions Director at CH2M HILL, overseeing a major deployment for the City of New York’s Office of Payroll Administration, and leading implementation efforts for MTA New York City Transit at Spear Technologies. Marcia holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Connecticut.
