Prior to this role, Anna worked as a Linguistic Consultant, Academic Coordinator, and Diploma Teacher at Centro Universitario Angloamericano - Plantel Queretaro from September 2002 to June 2005. Additional experience includes serving as a Skills Trainer at Stavros - Center for Independent Living from October 1999 to August 2002 and as a Market Researcher at Frank N. Magid Associates from April 1997 to September 1999. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology, Linguistics, and Spanish from the University of Montana, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1999.
