Al Rosas

Al Rosas is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology and service management. Currently, Al works at Mariner Finance in the Information Technology Service Desk since April 2019 and simultaneously provides IT services and tech support through The Rosas Group LLC since August 2017. Previous roles include Team Lead at TEKsystems, managing a team for T. Rowe Price, and IT Help Desk Manager at Euler Hermes, where Al achieved a 99% service level agreement performance rating. Al started as a Systems Engineer at Educate Inc and has a strong foundation in network administration from Unilever PeopleLink. Educational qualifications include a Business Administration degree and various IT certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional and Certified Novell Administrator, along with extensive ITIL training.
