Caitlin Morgan

Caitlin Morgan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development at Mariner Finance since October 2013. Morgan has led various initiatives, including turnover and retention strategies, talent program management, and implementation of HR technology like Dayforce HCM. Prior roles at Mariner Finance included HR Manager and HR Generalist, focusing on HRIS management, performance management, and employee engagement. Before joining Mariner Finance, Morgan worked as an HR Generalist at Allagash Group, LLC, and as an intern at A. Kelly Associates, LLC and Behavioral Health Network, Inc.
