Janet Spencer is an experienced Project Manager with over 30 years in the field. Since March 2009, Janet has been contributing to Mariner Innovations, leveraging extensive expertise in project management. Prior to this role, Janet served as a Project Manager at Bell Aliant from April 1985 to February 2009, where significant skills in managing complex projects were developed and honed.
