Marcel Goulard

Marcel Goulard is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support. Currently a Senior Developer at Mariner Innovations since November 2022, Marcel previously worked at Genesys from March 1998 to October 2022, where roles included Principal QA Analyst System QA with responsibilities in test case development using Python and Selenium, database administration on AWS, and serving as a subject matter expert in reporting components. Prior to this, Marcel served as a Senior Tech Support Analyst at Genesys, providing tier 1 and tier 2 support. Early career experience includes software development at Cygnus, where reporting software was created for QNX-based soft-switch, and maintenance of Clipper code for the New Brunswick Department of Transportation. Marcel holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick, obtained in 1995.
