Robert Neighoff

Robert Neighoff has extensive experience in portfolio management and alternative asset management. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Mariner Investment Group, LLC since March 2023, Robert previously held the position of Managing Partner at CICERO CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC from June 2010 to March 2023, specializing in capital preservation in fixed income products. Prior to that, Robert was a Portfolio Manager at VERO Capital Management, overseeing a high yield distressed fund focused on various types of securities and distressed commercial real estate from April 2010 to December 2012. Additionally, Robert was a Principal and CMBS Portfolio Manager at American Capital from December 2005 to April 2010 and worked as a Trader at RBS from 2000 to 2005. Robert holds a degree from the University of Maryland, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
