Robert Soifer

Robert Soifer is a retired professional with a diverse background in business development and institutional sales. Soifer has been involved in business development at Mariner Investment Group, LLC since January 2000, following a long tenure as Managing Director in institutional sales at Bear Stearns from January 1975 to June 1996. Soifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University, which was earned between 1964 and 1968.
