Ashika Kumar has worked in the software engineering industry for over 7 years. Ashika began their career in 2013 as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Accenture in India. In 2017, they moved to Servion Global Solutions as a Senior QA Analyst. Currently, they are employed at Mariner Partners as a Business Analyst and Software Quality Engineer.

Ashika Kumar has completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Project Management from the University of New Brunswick in 2020; a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from Anna University/valliammai engineering college in 2012; and a 12th in Computer Science from new prince mat high sec school in 2008.
