Evan Scussel, CFA, CAIA, currently serves as the Managing Director of Institutional Research at Mariner since April 2024. Prior to this role, Evan held multiple positions at AndCo Consulting from September 2012 to April 2024, including Executive Director of Research and Head of Equity Investments, where responsibilities included conducting investment manager due diligence and managing personnel. Earlier experience includes roles at Mercer as a Senior Associate, responsible for due diligence on fixed income managers, and at Prudential Financial as a Senior Investment Product Analyst focusing on research and analysis for investment managers. Evan began a career in investment analytics at CIGNA, supporting a significant manager of managers retirement platform. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
