Mayank Gupta

Mayank Gupta is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mariner since January 2025, Mayank previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Care Access, where significant organizational scaling and HR team establishment occurred. Prior to that, Mayank was CHRO at E*TRADE Financial Corporation, leading a large HR team and playing a pivotal role in the integration with Morgan Stanley and the company's COVID response strategies. Additional experience includes strategic HR roles at Citadel and SunTrust Bank, where innovative HR practices and human capital solutions were developed. Mayank's career commenced with managerial roles at Ericsson and Sprint-Nextel, further complemented by an MBA from the University of Maryland.
