Ed Jenkins

Ed Jenkins is currently working as the POS Project Manager at MarineXchange Software GmbH, while also holding the position of Scuba Dive Instructor at PADI. Prior to this, Ed served as a Chief Bartender at Lindblad Expeditions and held various roles including Hotel Manager and Beverage Director at the American Queen Steamboat Company. Ed has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on bar and beverage management, staff training, menu design, inventory control, and vendor relations. Additionally, Ed has completed various certifications and education programs in hospitality management, wine stewardship, spirits mastery, and mixology.
