Kathleen Lucido, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kathleen began their career in 1985 as a Manager of Customer Service at Alta Bates Medical Center. From 1989 to 1993, they worked as a Physician Practice Manager and later as the Director of Business Services at St. Luke's Hospital and Healthcare Center in San Francisco, where they managed several women's clinics. In 2000, they joined MHN/Health Net as the Director of Claims, overseeing the operations of a high-volume healthcare claims department. From 2004 to 2008, they served as a Senior Project Manager at MHN, where they led multiple cross-functional teams and successfully managed the implementation of the Call Center Management system.
