Jennifer Ures, RACR, CTRM has over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Jennifer is currently on maternity leave as the Talent Acquisition Manager at MarinHealth, a renowned healthcare enterprise. Prior to their current role, Jennifer worked as a Senior Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter and System Talent Sourcing Strategist at Adventist Health. Jennifer also served as a Senior Talent Advisor at the same company. Before joining Adventist Health, Jennifer worked as an Executive Recruiter at UC Davis Health and as a Senior Recruiter at UC San Francisco Medical Center. Jennifer has also held positions as a Recruiting Manager at Unitek, a Staffing Manager at Sun Healthcare Group, and a Travel Nurse Recruiter at World Health. With their extensive experience in healthcare and talent acquisition, Jennifer has a proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent for various organizations.

Jennifer Ures, RACR, CTRM has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business with an HR focus from the same university.
