Ramo Naidu M.D.

Ramo Naidu MD is an experienced interventional pain physician currently serving as the Director of Pain Management at MarinHealth Spine Institute/UCSF Health and the Medical Director at Marin Specialty Surgery Center since January 2019. Prior roles include interventional pain management at California Orthopedics & Spine, and assistant professor of medicine at UCSF Medical Center, where responsibilities included directing acute pain services and managing outpatient chronic pain. Ramo Naidu completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, and a residency in anesthesiology, critical care, and pain medicine at the University of Washington. An internship in internal medicine and critical care medicine was completed at St Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, CA. Ramo Naidu holds an MD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution. Additionally, Ramo Naidu was a Fulbright Scholar, contributing to research on nosocomial infection surveillance at the World Health Organization in Copenhagen, Denmark.
