Nicholas Derasmo

Nicholas Derasmo has held various roles in the field of communications and public relations. Nicholas is currently working as the Senior Vice President and co-lead of the Real Estate Practice at Marino. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Communications at RXR Realty from 2019 to 2020. Nicholas also worked as the Director of Communications at Skanska USA from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held multiple positions at Cushman & Wakefield, including Head of Communications for the Tri-State Region. Nicholas started their career as a PR Associate at DMD Insight and later worked as an Account Executive at MWW Group. Nicholas gained experience as an Assistant Account Executive at Rubenstein Communications and as a PR intern for the New York Knicks. Nicholas began their career as an Education and General Assignment beat reporter at The Saratogian.

Nicholas Derasmo pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2001 to 2005, they attended the University at Albany, SUNY, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and Journalism. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Iona University, where they completed their Master's degree in Communications.
