Allison Hollows has a diverse work experience. Allison began their career as a Publicity Intern at Ruder Finn/Planned Television Arts in 2010 and later worked as a Global Brand Management Intern at Avaya in 2011. In 2013, they volunteered at the New Jersey Crime Victims' Law Center, researching and analyzing case law related to crime victims' interests. Allison also gained legal experience as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable James Knoll Gardner at the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where they evaluated legal arguments and drafted orders and opinions. In 2014, they participated in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Student Honors Program as an Extern, collecting and analyzing case law on various issues. Allison also worked as a Summer Associate at Fox Rothschild LLP in the same year. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Barry T. Albin at the State of New Jersey, conducting legal research and analyzing areas of law. Most recently, they joined Marino\WARE in 2022 as the Head of Human Resources/Counsel.
Allison Hollows attended Muhlenberg College from 2008 to 2012 where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Media & Communication, with a focus on History. Following this, they enrolled at Seton Hall University School of Law from 2012 to 2015, obtaining their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
