Nicholas Sulham

Nicholas Sulham has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Nicholas is currently working as the VP of Commercial Operations at Marinus Pharma since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Commercial Excellence & Advanced Analytics at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2018 to 2023. From 2015 to 2018, Nicholas worked as a Strategy, Technology, and Product Consultant for various pharmaceutical and biotech companies as an independent consultant. Nicholas also has experience as the Founder of LiftUp from 2014 to 2016. Nicholas has worked in a range of roles such as in Business Intelligence & Analytics at Genzyme from 2011 to 2015, Healthcare Consulting at PRTM Management Consultants from 2010 to 2011, and as a Consultant in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry from 2009 to 2010. Previously, they worked in R&D Strategy and Analytics at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2009, Commercial Assessment at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in 2008, and Clinical Research at PAREXEL from 2005 to 2007.

Nicholas Sulham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Nicholas also holds a Master of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University. Additionally, Nicholas has pursued further education in Business Administration, earning a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
