Kaius Kovanen

Kaius Kovanen is the Vice President of Global Marine Business at Marioff, where they lead a team of over 150 employees and manage a diverse portfolio of turnkey projects, achieving significant organic growth. Prior to this role, Kaius held various positions within Marioff, including Senior Manager of Field Service Operations and Project Manager Team Lead, where they oversaw multi-million dollar projects in the marine environment. Kaius began their career as a thesis worker at Vaisala Oyj and has also worked with ABB in roles such as Foreman and Heavy Assembly Worker. They hold a Master’s degree in Product Development and Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu and an Executive MBA from Hanken & SSE Executive Education.
