Dashay Carter

Dashay Carter, MPA, SHRM-SCP, serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Marion P. Thomas Charter School since February 2021 and has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at Newark Housing Authority since July 2015. From April 2015 to April 2018, Dashay Carter was a Board Member of the Newark Board of Education. Academically, Dashay Carter is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Rutgers Law School, expected to complete in May 2026, and holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.
