Amelia Bradshaw, MCIPD

Amelia Bradshaw, MCIPD, has a comprehensive work history in human resources and people management. Amelia most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at Marionete, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People and Talent at YLD from March 2022 to March 2023. Amelia also worked as the Global Head of People at Provar Testing from June 2021 to March 2022 and as the Head of People at Entia Ltd from February 2020 to June 2021. Earlier in their career, they were the Head of People Operations at Gambit Research from January 2018 to February 2020. Amelia's extensive HR experience includes roles such as HR Director and HR Manager at Inviqa from January 2011 to December 2017, and HR Manager at Intrust Ltd from June 2006 to January 2011. Amelia Bradshaw, MCIPD, completed their education at various institutions. Amelia obtained a Bachelor of Arts (hons) degree in PR & Sociology from the University of Exeter from 1993 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM - CIPD) from the University of East London, completing it between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, in 2004, they received a Certificate of Personnel Practice (CPP) from the University of West London.

In terms of additional certifications, Amelia Bradshaw obtained the Chartered MCIPD designation in July 2007 from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT.
