J. Tyler Payne

J. Tyler Payne is the Owner and COO of MariTeak since December 2024, leading the development of custom teak products for the marine industry alongside family members. Prior to this role, J. Tyler Payne served as Executive Vice President, Vice President of Administration, and Director of Human Resources at IcareLabs from October 2018 to December 2024. Additionally, J. Tyler Payne held positions as Mayor and City Commissioner for District 2 in Treasure Island between March 2018 and October 2024, and has extensive experience in administration and legal counsel through roles at Optimart, FCCI Insurance Group, and various judicial internships. J. Tyler Payne earned a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, an MBA from Stetson University, and dual undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Religion from the University of Florida.
